VC University of Kamalia Distributes Laptops to Faculty Members

Toba Tek Singh: The University of Kamalia organized a dignified ceremony to promote teaching and research activities, strengthen the digital learning environment and equip faculty members with modern technological resources. During the event, laptops were distributed among faculty members. The ceremony was presided over by Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Yasir Nawab and was attended by heads of academic departments, faculty members and administrative officials.Addressing the ceremony, Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Yasir Nawab said that the effective use of modern information technology has become essential for ensuring quality education, advancing research and meeting international academic standards. He stated that the laptops provided to faculty members would not only enhance classroom teaching but also significantly contribute to research, digital learning, online education, innovation and effective academic mentoring of students.He urged the faculty members to make full use of these modern facilities in their research projects, publications in international journals, innovative teaching methodologies and in enhancing the academic and professional capabilities of students. He expressed confidence that these efforts would further strengthen the University’s standing in higher education and research.
The Vice Chancellor further said that the University administration remains committed to providing faculty with modern resources and the best possible academic facilities, emphasizing that an empowered and well-equipped faculty is the foundation of any successful university. He reaffirmed the University’s commitment to introducing more initiatives in the future to further improve the teaching, research, and digital learning environment.
During the ceremony, laptops were formally distributed among faculty members. The participants appreciated the initiative, describing it as a significant milestone toward improving the quality of education, promoting research, encouraging digital learning and introducing innovation in academic activities.
