DC Nauman Siddique Visits Suthra Punjab Control Room

FAISALABAD: Deputy Commissioner Faisalabad Muhammad Nauman Siddique visited the Control Room of the Suthra Punjab Agency to review the ongoing cleanliness operation being carried out under the Suthra Punjab Programme. On the occasion, Managing Director Suthra Punjab Agency Abid Hussain Bhatti gave him a comprehensive briefing on the district-wide sanitation campaign, the monitoring system, the public complaint redressal mechanism and the use of modern technology to supervise cleanliness operations.During the visit, the Deputy Commissioner inspected the state-of-the-art monitoring system installed at the Control Room, reviewed the handling of complaints received from different areas, the mechanism for their prompt resolution and the performance of field teams. He directed officials to utilize all available resources to ensure a clean environment for citizens and emphasized that sanitation-related complaints should be resolved on a priority basis within the stipulated time.
Speaking on the occasion, Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Nauman Siddique said that the Suthra Punjab Programme is an important public welfare initiative of the Government of Punjab.He stated that modern technology is being used for continuous monitoring of sanitation operations to ensure effective cleanliness services across every part of the district. He added that the district administration is making every possible effort to provide the best municipal services to the public.Managing Director Abid Hussain Bhatti briefing the Deputy Commissioner, said that cleanliness operations are continuing vigorously across Faisalabad district and that all activities are being monitored round the clock through the Central Control Room. He said that transparency, efficiency and accountability in sanitation management are being ensured through the use of advanced monitoring systems.He added that effective monitoring, timely action and a coordinated strategy have brought significant improvements to the overall sanitation system.He further stated that the Suthra Punjab Agency remains fully committed to providing citizens with a clean and healthy environment and is working in close coordination with the district administration to further strengthen sanitation services. The visit concluded with a renewed commitment by the district administration and the Suthra Punjab Agency to continue working together to provide high-quality sanitation facilities and maintain a cleaner Faisalabad for its residents.
