Pakistan-Saudi Business Ties Get Fresh Push at Jeddah B2B Forum
Nearly 300 Pakistani and Saudi businessmen attend networking event hosted by Pakistan Consulate in Jeddah

A major B2B networking forum hosted by the Consulate General of Pakistan in Jeddah has brought together Pakistani exhibitors participating in the Saudi Food Show 2026 and leading Saudi buyers, importers and distributors, opening new avenues for trade and commercial partnerships between the two countries.
Nearly 300 Pakistani and Saudi businessmen and business representatives attended the event, which focused on promoting Pakistani food and agricultural products in the Saudi market and facilitating direct commercial contacts between companies from both countries.
The event was the first major high-profile business gathering hosted at the newly constructed building of the Pakistan Consulate General in Jeddah, adding particular significance to the occasion.
Pakistan’s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Ahmed Farooq, travelled from Riyadh to attend the event and meet Pakistani exhibitors and Saudi business leaders.
Addressing the gathering, Ambassador Farooq highlighted the quality, diversity and competitive pricing of Pakistani food and agricultural products, stressing their potential for greater penetration into the Saudi market.
He reaffirmed the commitment of the Embassy of Pakistan and the Consulate General in Jeddah to supporting Pakistani exporters, facilitating business contacts and strengthening commercial partnerships with Saudi companies.
Consul General of Pakistan in Jeddah, Syed Mustafa Rabbani, emphasized the importance of direct business-to-business engagement in developing long-term and mutually beneficial trade partnerships.
He said that closer interaction between Pakistani exporters and Saudi buyers could help identify new areas of cooperation, expand market access and contribute to the growth of bilateral trade.
Pakistani exhibitors participating in the Saudi Food Show welcomed the initiative and expressed their appreciation to Ambassador Ahmed Farooq, Consul General Syed Mustafa Rabbani and Commercial Consul Saadia Khan for organizing the networking event.
The participating businessmen described the gathering as a significant opportunity for Pakistani companies to introduce their products directly to Saudi buyers and explore new commercial partnerships.
The event provided a platform for both sides to exchange business proposals, establish new contacts and discuss potential areas of cooperation, reinforcing the growing importance of Pakistan-Saudi economic and trade relations.
