Author Muhammad Imran Khan Khattar Presents New Book ‘Nilab Ma’al Ansab’ to Senior Journalist Malik Kamran Akhtar
ATTOCK (Ijaz-ul-Hassan): Renowned researcherter and author of three historical books, Muhammad Imran Khan Khattar, presented his latest research work, “Nilab Ma’al Ansab,” to senior journalist and Finance Secretary of the Pakistan Journalists Association Attock, Malik Kamran Akhtar, in recognition of his keen interest in reading and historical research.
Speaking on the occasion, Muhammad Imran Khan Khattar said that “Nilab Ma’al Ansab” was not merely a book but the outcome of an extensive and continuous research effort covering historical facts, family backgrounds and important personalities. He said he had devoted nearly 19 years to researching and compiling the book.
The author explained that he studied various historical references, traditions, documents and available records before giving the book its final shape. He said writing an authentic and comprehensive book on a historical subject was a difficult and time-consuming task, which was why he gave special attention to research, references and historical continuity.
Muhammad Imran Khan Khattar said the book also contains detailed material regarding the relationship and meetings of their ancestors with Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, as well as the historical circumstances of that period and references to other prominent personalities.
He added that the book includes historical backgrounds and genealogical references relating to various families, particularly Syed families, making it significant from both historical and research perspectives.
On the occasion, senior journalist Malik Kamran Akhtar appreciated “Nilab Ma’al Ansab” and described it as a rare and valuable research work. He said that completing a book after nearly 19 years of continuous research was a clear reflection of the author’s dedication, hard work and deep commitment to history.
Malik Kamran Akhtar said the information and references presented in the book regarding historical personalities, families and Syed households would be valuable for readers, researchers and people interested in history. He appreciated the author’s efforts and said that in an era when interest in reading and research was declining, the publication of such a thoroughly researched historical work was highly commendable.
He further said that “Nilab Ma’al Ansab” was an important effort to preserve historical information for future generations. He expressed hope that the book would receive appreciation from scholars, researchers, students and readers interested in history.
