Vehicle Catches Fire Due to Short Circuit in Dhoke Fateh, One Person Injured
Attock (Bureau Chief Ejaz-ul-Hassan): A vehicle caught fire due to a short circuit at Dhoke Fateh in Attock, leaving one person injured with burn injuries.
According to details, the District Control Room Attock received information that a vehicle had caught fire at Dhoke Fateh. Immediately after receiving the information, the control room dispatched one ambulance and one fire vehicle to the scene.
Local residents and people working in the area had already brought the fire under control on their own before the Rescue teams arrived. However, one person sustained burn injuries while attempting to extinguish the fire.
Upon reaching the scene, the Rescue team completed the cooling process of the vehicle to prevent the fire from reigniting.
The injured person was identified as 45-year-old Shahbaz Ahmed, son of Allah Rakha. He had suffered burn injuries covering up to 9 percent of his body.
Rescue officials provided him with initial medical treatment at the scene before transferring him to Asfand Yar Bukhari DHQ Hospital Attock for further medical care.
