Education Board Faisalabad Announces Results of Matric Class 9th (First Annual) Examination 2026
A total of 196,656 candidates appeared in the examination, out of whom 100,708 passed, with an overall success ratio of 51.21 percent; 548 examination centres were established across the region.
Chairman Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Faisalabad Professor Dr. Rana Binyamin announced the results online. Secretary Board Dr. Saleem Taqi Shah and Controller of Examinations Professor Rana Atiq-ur-Rehman were also present on the occasion.
The results have been prepared with utmost care, hard work and complete attention, leaving no possibility of errors. However, candidates who are not satisfied with their results may apply for rechecking by September 17.

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Faisalabad has announced the results of the Matric Class 9th (First Annual) Examination 2026. Chairman Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Faisalabad Professor Dr. Rana Binyamin announced the results online. Secretary Board Dr. Saleem Taqi Shah and Controller of Examinations Professor Rana Atiq-ur-Rehman were also present on the occasion.
A total of 196,656 students appeared in the annual examination of Class 9th, out of whom 100,708 candidates were declared successful, making the overall success ratio 51.21 percent. A total of 548 examination centres were established for the transparent and well-organized conduct of the examination.
Addressing the ceremony held to announce the results online, Chairman Board Professor Dr. Rana Binyamin said that the results had been prepared with utmost care, hard work and complete attention. Keeping the future of the students in view, transparency and merit were ensured at every stage of the result preparation process.
He said that the Board had taken every possible precaution while preparing the results. However, if any candidate was not satisfied with his or her result, they could submit an application for rechecking by September 17, 2026.
On the occasion, Secretary Board Professor Dr. Saleem Taqi Shah said that the process of preparing the Class 9th results had been completed in a responsible and professional manner. He said that the Board always strives to provide students with timely and transparent results so that they could receive due recognition for their hard work.
Controller of Examinations Professor Rana Atiq-ur-Rehman said that all necessary precautions had been adopted during the preparation and scrutiny of the examination results in accordance with the relevant requirements and the Government of Punjab’s standard operating procedures (SOPs).
He congratulated the successful students, their parents and teachers on their achievement.
On the occasion, Chairman Board Professor Dr. Rana Binyamin further said that the success of the students was the result not only of their own hard work but also of the guidance and support provided by their parents and teachers. He congratulated the successful students and advised them to continue their educational activities with greater hard work, dedication and concentration.
