Azad Kashmir firing on unarmed civilians strongly condemned, government’s writ has ended in Balochistan: Mehmood Khan Achakzai

The head of Ayeen Tahafuz Pakistan and Chairman of Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PkMAP), Mehmood Khan Achakzai, has said that he strongly condemns the firing on unarmed civilians in Azad Kashmir.
Addressing a crowded press conference in Quetta, he said that he wants to make it clear to the rulers and the establishment that public issues will not be resolved through such oppression and barbarism. The solution to the problems can only be found by sitting together with the people there, for which Ayeen Tahafuz Pakistan and Maulana Fazlur Rehman made efforts but they were not allowed to go.
Referring to the situation in Balochistan, he said that the writ of the government has completely ended in the province, no one’s life and property is safe and all roads have been handed over to miscreants.
He said, “I tell the proponents of freedom that such incidents should not happen in your areas in which the vehicles of poor Pashtuns are burnt and they are harassed.”
Mehmood Khan Achakzai said that the allotment of Pashtun homeland is not acceptable under any circumstances, every foot of its land has been divided according to tribal traditions. Occupying minerals in this way is not acceptable at all. In different areas, armed groups have been let loose to harass the people and spread unrest in the area, the consequences of which will be terrible.
He announced that to prevent the tragic incidents in southern Pashtunkhwa and for a future course of action, a Pashtun Qaumi Jirga will be held in Quetta on August 29, 30 and 31, in which all Pashtuns will participate.
On this occasion, the convener of the Pashtun Qaumi Jirga, Nawab Muhammad Ayaz Khan Jogezai, central and provincial officials of the Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party and hundreds of workers were also present.
Speaking about Imran Khan, he said that on August 5, PTI founder Imran Khan will complete three years in jail, and in this regard, peaceful protests will be held across Pakistan.
