FAISALABAD : Dr Sajid Iqbal has formally assumed the additional charge of Director Livestock, Faisalabad Division.
Dr Sajid Iqbal is already serving as Director Livestock, Sargodha Division. He will now handle the additional responsibility of Faisalabad Division alongside his existing duties.
Dr Sajid Iqbal is an experienced officer with a strong background in administrative and field responsibilities in the Livestock Department. His additional charge is expected to strengthen the supervision of departmental affairs, field operations and veterinary services across Faisalabad Division.
After assuming charge, Dr Sajid Iqbal directed officers and officials to ensure the timely uploading of data related to departmental activities and services provided to livestock farmers.
He stressed that officials must maintain accurate and updated records. He also warned that negligence or unnecessary delays in uploading departmental data would not be tolerated.
Dr Sajid Iqbal also directed officials to make the welfare and satisfaction of livestock farmers a top priority. He emphasized the need for timely and effective veterinary services for livestock farmers and cattle owners across the division.
The Director Livestock called for better coordination among field teams. He also stressed the importance of ensuring that farmers receive quality services without unnecessary delays.
Dr Sajid Iqbal expressed his resolve to use all available resources and departmental capabilities to improve livestock services in Faisalabad Division.
He said the department would focus on strengthening the field veterinary network and improving facilities for livestock farmers.
The additional charge also comes with responsibility for implementing the policies of the Livestock Department effectively across the division.
Officials have been directed to perform their duties efficiently and remain focused on providing better services to livestock farmers and cattle owners.
The department aims to improve field operations, veterinary support and service delivery throughout Faisalabad Division under the additional charge of Dr Sajid Iqbal.
