ATTOCK (Bureau Chief Ejaz-ul-Hassan): Additional Deputy Commissioner (Municipal Services) Attock, Anil Saeed, visited various government offices across the district to review the arrangements made for providing residential and office facilities to newly appointed officers.
Officials from the relevant departments accompanied him during the visit and briefed him on the preparations made for the incoming officers. They informed him that government residences had been renovated where required, cleanliness and maintenance work had been completed, essential utilities had been ensured, and offices had been made fully functional to facilitate a smooth transition for the new officers.
During the inspection, Anil Saeed reviewed government offices, residential buildings, and other facilities. Expressing satisfaction with the overall arrangements, he directed the concerned departments to ensure that any remaining work is completed according to the prescribed standards.
He said that providing suitable residential and office facilities to government officers is one of the administration’s key responsibilities, as a conducive working environment enables officials to perform their duties more efficiently and ensures the timely delivery of quality public services.
The Additional Deputy Commissioner further instructed the relevant officials to complete all pending minor works without delay and keep all residential and office facilities fully operational so that newly appointed officers can assume their responsibilities without facing any inconvenience.
