North Lahore Press Club Approved; 7-Member Committee Formed

An important introductory meeting was held regarding the establishment of the North Lahore Press Club, which was attended by a large number of senior regional journalists from different areas of North Lahore. During the meeting, it was unanimously decided to establish the North Lahore Press Club.
A seven-member coordination committee was formed for a period of 15 days, headed by Hafiz Israr Ahmad Jutt. Other members of the committee include Muhammad Shehzad, Muhammad Mansoor Mumtaz Butt, Aamir Butt, Mushtaq Shakir, Kamran Ali, Syed Shahbaz Shah, and Nasir Abbas Qadri Advocate.
The committee has been assigned the task of preparing membership forms and completing the registration of journalists from all areas of North Lahore within the next 15 days. Afterward, the cabinet will be formed and a future course of action will be finalized.
The meeting was attended by a large number of senior journalists including Mubashir Ali Janjua, Qari Shiraz Chaudhry, Usman Gujjar Advocate, Mian Atif Sardar Advocate, Sheikh Faisal Advocate, Fareed Jutt, Siddique Bhatti, Faqir Hussain Butt, Dr. Faqir Hussain, Rana Muhammad Shahid, Atif Butt, Hussain Najmi, Mian Shehzad, Arib-ur-Rehman Jutt, Malik Khurram, Afsar Ali, Hafiz Umar, Takhleeq Siddiqui, Imran Younas, Muhammad Kamran, Ajmal Jutt, Syed Shahbaz Shah, Syed Haider Shah, Ghulam Hussain Khokhar, Adeel Siddique, Azmat Ali Janjua, Syed Tanveer Hussain Kazmi, and many others.
The participants expressed their commitment to take practical steps for the welfare of journalists and to address their professional issues. It was also stated that special announcements in this regard are expected in the next meeting.
