Seminar held in Sahiwal to promote traffic rules and road safety awareness
Under the vision of the Chief Minister Punjab, Safe Punjab, on the orders of DIG Traffic Police Punjab Waqas Nazir and the instructions of District Police Officer Sahiwal Muhammad Usman Tipu, a traffic awareness seminar was organized at Government Technical Training Institute Ahmed Murad Road Sahiwal under the patronage of District Traffic Officer Sahiwal Mirza Tanvir Baig.
DTO Mirza Tanvir Baig, taking special part in the seminar, informed the students about the observance of traffic rules, the dangers of driving at a young age and the legal importance of a driving license. He said that implementing traffic rules is essential not only for the safety of oneself but also for the safety of others, while driving at a young age is leading to an increase in accidents. The students took great interest in the seminar and asked questions to which satisfactory answers were given. The administration of the institution appreciated this awareness effort of the Sahiwal Traffic Police and expressed its desire to organize such programs in the future as well.
