ATTOCK (Bureau Chief): Awareness sessions on safe and legal migration were organized in the villages of Kalowal and Bharta Dina with the cooperation of the Migrant Resource Centre Islamabad. The sessions were attended by local residents and students.

The purpose of the sessions was to provide authentic information to people planning to migrate abroad for employment, education or residence, while also creating awareness about illegal migration and the risks associated with it.

Counsellor Hashir Khan from the Migrant Resource Centre Islamabad briefed participants about legal migration procedures, reliable information and the potential dangers of using illegal channels. He advised people planning to migrate abroad to always choose legal routes in order to protect their lives and property.
