While inspecting various locations in Old Bazaar, Jinnah Road, and New Bazaar, she assessed the field presence and performance of price control magistrates. She also took action against illegal encroachments in the markets, directing relevant officers and staff to remove numerous encroachments. Dr. Iffat-un-Nisa stated that operations against illegal occupation of government land and property are being conducted daily without discrimination. She instructed the concerned officers to ensure the provision of amenities to citizens, the availability of essential commodities at fixed rates, and the maintenance of order and discipline in the markets.
