Solemn prayer ceremony was held at FDA Complex mosque to observe Kashmir Solidarity Day

Faisalabad:On the instructions of the Punjab Government Punjab, Kashmir Solidarity Day was observed by the Faisalabad Development Authority(FDA) with great national fervor and enthusiasm. Under the directives of Director General FDA Muhammad Asif Chaudhry, a solemn prayer ceremony was held at the FDA Complex mosque to observe Kashmir Solidarity Day, attended by a large number of officers, staff, and citizens. Special prayers were offered for the elevation of the martyrs’ ranks in Occupied Kashmir, the success of the freedom movement and the solidarity of the nation.
In his special message, DG FDA Muhammad Asif Chaudhry stated that Kashmir is the “jugular vein” of Pakistan, emphasizing that the bond with Kashmiris is not merely geographical but rooted in faith, culture, and humanity. He remarked that the people of Occupied Jammu and Kashmir have courageously faced Indian atrocities for decades and insha’Allah thay would soon achieved independence. He further noted that the immense sacrifices rendered by the Kashmiri people for their freedom are unparalleled in history, paying tribute to the resilience of the mothers, sisters, and youth who refuse to bow down despite systemic oppression.
The FDA Director General urged the international community and human rights organizations to take notice of the ongoing violations of human rights by Indian forces, asserting that lasting peace in the region depends on resolving the Kashmir issue in accordance with the aspirations of its people and UN resolutions regarding their right to self-determination. He reaffirmed that every member of the FDA stands with their Kashmiri brothers and that every Pakistani will continue to provide moral, political, and diplomatic support until the sun of freedom rises over the valley. He prayed for resolution to Kashmir issue soon and an end to the persecution of innocent Kashmiris. Later FDA officials joined the main central rally organized by the district administration.
