Commissioner Sahiwal Division Dr. Asif Tufail Visits Board Office, Reviews Operations

Commissioner Sahiwal Division Dr. Asif Tufail visited Sahiwal Board Office where he inspected various branches and reviewed office affairs. AC General/Secretary Board Ghulam Hussain Bhatti was also with him.
During the visit, the Commissioner made a detailed inspection of the One Window Operation and inquired about the facilities provided to the students present there. He directed to further improve the performance of the One Window Operation and urged the staff to provide the best and timely facilities to the students coming to the office.
Commissioner Dr. Asif Tufail directed that a digital screen be installed in the One Window Operation on which all the facilities provided and guidance should be shared in a modern manner so that it is easy for the students to complete their matters. He further directed that the board’s website should also be made active and effective in this regard. He directed to provide special facilities in one-window operation to make the process of issuing matriculation certificates more convenient.
In addition, the commissioner also issued instructions to ensure the establishment of a bank branch in the board office on priority basis and to complete this process as soon as possible. The commissioner inspected the entrance of the board and directed to make it more beautiful and spacious. He also directed to set up an information counter at the entrance so that the students coming can get immediate guidance.
Later, an important meeting regarding promotion was held at the board office under the chairmanship of Commissioner Dr. Asif Tufail, in which the board members participated. During the meeting, various cases related to promotion were reviewed in detail and discussed. The commissioner directed that all matters of promotion should be resolved as soon as possible keeping in mind merit and transparency. He expressed his determination that the provision of modern facilities in educational boards and ensuring transparency in administrative matters is the top priority of the government.
