Faisalabad: In line with the vision of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the Punjab Livestock Department is taking continuous practical measures to make field service delivery more effective, faster, and aligned with modern requirements. As part of these efforts, a ceremony for the distribution of motorcycles among veterinary staff was held at RCCIB Jhang, inaugurated by Deputy Commissioner Jhang Ali Akbar Bhindar.
The event was graced by several distinguished guests, including Additional Deputy Commissioner General Jhang Amir Mahmood, former Provincial Minister Mehr Aslam Bharwana, former Adviser to the Chief Minister Nawab Faisal Hayat Khan Jabboana, former MPA Rashida Yaqub Sheikh, PML-N leader Khan Amir Abbas Sial, Director RCCIB Asim Tosif, Additional Director Livestock Dr. Muhammad Abdul Jabbar, Deputy Director Dr. Muhammad Saifullah, and others.
During the ceremony, 62 veterinary officers from district Jhang were provided motorcycles on easy, interest-free installments. The initiative aims to improve mobility in the field, ensure timely access to remote rural areas, and enhance the overall quality of veterinary services. This program is part of the Punjab Livestock Department’s broader policy to strengthen infrastructure and field support systems, ensuring that citizens receive quality and timely veterinary facilities right at their doorstep.
