Pakistan has completed preparations to launch its first modern hyperspectral satellite, developed under SUPARCO’s leadership. Scheduled for October 2025, the satellite will aid in mineral exploration, boost agricultural development, and enhance research on flood monitoring, glacier melting, and air pollution, opening new avenues for scientific and environmental progress.
