Dr. Iffat-un-Nisa visited Al-Fatah Mall and Sufi City, Mandi Bahauddin, and inspected 12 different shops along Sufi City Road. During the inspection, officials checked for compliance regarding the display of rate lists and adherence to fixed prices. It was observed that *roti* (flatbread) at several *tandoors* (clay ovens) was underweight, and vendors were selling it at prices exceeding the government-mandated rates. Consequently, warnings were issued to seven shopkeepers, with instructions to prominently display the prices of essential commodities and sell all items at the prescribed rates. It was mandated that *roti* must weigh 100 grams and be sold at 15 rupees per piece; violations would result in fines and the registration of formal cases. The ADC (Enforcement) made it clear that action against profiteering and the failure to display rate lists would continue.
