Muhammad Qayyum Khan, has been elected as an executive member of the Chamber of Small Traders and Small Industry. Muhammad Ali Khan (President, Khan Ittehad Council), Muhammad Zaheer Khan (President, Anjuman-e-Ittehad-e-Shahriyan), the President of the Press Club (Registered), office-bearers and members of the Sarafa Association, along with other business and social figures, have extended their heartfelt congratulations and best wishes. Those offering congratulations remarked that Muhammad Qayyum Khan’s election as an executive member of the Chamber is a matter of honor for the Khan family, the business community, and the city. They described him as a dynamic, talented, and public-spirited business and social figure who has consistently played a positive role in resolving the issues faced by the community and the citizens. In his statement, Muhammad Zaheer Khan noted that Muhammad Qayyum Khan’s election to the Chamber’s executive body—driven by his leadership qualities, business experience, and record of public and social service—has heightened the business community’s expectations of him. They expressed the hope that Muhammad Qayyum Khan—who has long played an active role in selflessly serving his community and resolving its issues—would carry that same spirit to the Chamber’s platform, effectively conveying the voices of traders, industrialists, and the underprivileged and marginalized segments of society to the corridors of power. They noted that the Chamber serves as a vital platform for addressing the challenges faced by the trading community, including business difficulties, tax-related matters, and other legitimate demands; Muhammad Qayyum Khan’s inclusion is expected to further strengthen the representation of local traders on this platform.
