Helping Hand for Relief and Development HHRD Celebrates 20 Years of community Services

A fundraising Iftar dinner was organized by helping Hand for Relief and Development to sponsor 250 orphans, which successfully met its goal of $150,000. The event took place on March 6, 2025, at the Tempura Banquet and Event Center on South West Freeway and Belt way 8
Renowned scholar Shaikh Sulaiman Hani was the guest speaker, Ilyas Choudhry updated every single item and thanks to the media supportes and sponsors while journalist and Director of Operations for Desi TV USA, Nasrat Haris, also addressed the audience and offer her services to HHRD .
The program began with a briefing on Helping Hand’s projects and how they are working to make a difference. The attendees were also informed about Pakistan Chronicles and Desi TV USA’s efforts in supporting their projects, particularly the tireless efforts and nonstop support of Tariq Nehal Khan and Jamil siddiqui .

Shaikh Sulaiman Hani delivered a heartfelt speech on the importance of charity and collective efforts to bring positive change in people’s lives and explain the Gaza and other impacted area needs
It was highlighted that a mere $600 annual donation can cover the education, health, and daily needs of a sponsored orphan.

The event concluded with a special acknowledgement of the media personnel present, including Tariq Nehal Khan, Jamil Siddiqui, Urdu world Mahmood Ahmed and Shamim Syed from Pakistan News

A collective prayer was held before the Iftar, followed by a delicious meal.

Helping Hand for Relief and Development has made remarkable efforts over the past 20 years to improve the lives of thousands of people in need. Their dedication to supporting orphans and vulnerable communities is truly commendable.
Maghreb prayers was offered at the hall after the iftar .
