BRAMPTON: Patiala Shahi produced a dominant all-round performance to defeat Canada Fortune Legends by 46 runs (D/L Method) in an exciting Brampton Cricket Championship (BCC) 100-Ball League 2026 match played at Dixie/407 Ground A on May 25.
After winning the toss, Patiala Shahi elected to bat first and posted a competitive total of 132 for 6 in their allotted 20 overs. The innings was anchored by an aggressive knock from Param Patel, who scored 44 runs off just 26 deliveries, while Assis Bakshi added valuable support with a quick-fire 39 off 26 balls.
For Canada Fortune Legends, captain Khalid Jawaid was the standout bowler, claiming 3 wickets for 20 runs and keeping the opposition from posting an even bigger total.
