(JEDDAH – Special Representative)

Eminent journalists of the Pakistan Journalists Forum based abroad have expressed their pride in the peace mission launched by Pakistan during the global tension caused by the Iran-Israel war, and have always appreciated Pakistan’s peace efforts.

Pakistan’s initiative was not only described as a positive role for Pakistan by the international media and diplomatic circles, but also called it an important step towards stability in the region.

Pakistan’s peace mission has saved the world from a major threat. Pakistan’s successful foreign policy played a key role in reducing tensions between the US and Iran and paving the way for negotiations.

Pakistan’s peacekeeping mission has given Pakistan the status of a responsible country. Pakistan’s successful foreign policy and memorable peacekeeping mission have created a sense of mourning within the neighboring Kashmir-occupied country.

The Pakistan Journalists Forum, in a joint statement, has called Pakistan a “diplomatic bridge” and said that its balanced relations with various world powers give it a unique position in establishing peace.

Several international newspapers have considered Pakistan’s efforts as one of the major diplomatic successes of recent years.

The PJF joint statement mentioned Pakistan’s closest friends Saudi Arabia and China, saying that they have fully supported Pakistan’s peacekeeping mission.

According to the statement, this move by Pakistan will not only promote peace in the region but will also further strengthen its reputation at the global level.

At a time when the UN peacekeeping missions in the wars of Iran, Israel and the US were not successful, Pakistan has taken this successful step for peace.

Pakistan has once again proven that it can not only protect its national interests but also play a full role in global peace.

If these diplomatic efforts are successful, Pakistan’s global role will be further strengthened and it will be further recognized as a responsible and influential peace-loving country.

In the current environment of peace talks, the Kashmiri people also expect that a just step will be taken for the peace-loving Kashmiri people, who are more than 80 years old.

The need of the hour is that the same prudence and wisdom that has been demonstrated on the foreign and defense fronts should be given attention to the revival of the economy with the same seriousness.

The government should formulate a comprehensive, sustainable and people-friendly economic strategy in which tax reforms, increased exports, industrial development and promotion of investment should be prioritized.

Similarly, ensuring transparency, accountability and good governance are also the need of the hour today.

No economic policy can succeed without providing relief to the people.

The government should take immediate and effective steps to alleviate the hardships of the common man so that the real benefits of national success reach the people.

As an immediate step, the government should significantly reduce the prices of petroleum products so that the people feel the sense of getting real relief.

The PJF reiterated that the PJF will always play its role in promoting the integrity of the country and positive initiatives.

The joint statement was signed by Amir Muhammad Khan, Maroof Hussain, Jamil Rathore, and President of the Cease Global Foundation Khalid Nawaz Cheema, Shahid Naeem, Asad Akram, Alia Khan, Maryam Shahid, Fawzia Khan, Javed Rahu, Zakir Bhatti, Amil Usmani, Rayan Matyar, and others.
