District Police Officer Sahiwal Muhammad Usman Tipu met with a delegation of the Christian community in the meeting hall of the DPO Office Sahiwal. During the meeting, a detailed review of the security arrangements made for churches, places of worship and other events on the occasion of Christmas was taken. DPO Sahiwal assured the delegation that foolproof security arrangements have been made to ensure the safety of the lives and property of the Christian community during the Christmas festival. Additional personnel are being deployed at churches and sensitive places, patrols are being increased, and modern security measures are being implemented. Muhammad Usman Tipu said that the protection of minorities is the top priority of the Punjab Police and the police is on alert at all times to celebrate all religious festivals in a peaceful environment. He also appealed to the Christian community to immediately report any suspicious activity to the police. The Christian community delegation expressed satisfaction with the security arrangements on the occasion of Christmas and thanked the DPO Sahiwal and Sahiwal Police.
