63-Year-Old Man Killed in Car-Motorcycle Collision in Attock
ATTOCK (Ijaz-ul-Hassan, Bureau Chief): A 63-year-old man was killed after a car collided with his motorcycle in Farooq-e-Azam Colony, Attock, on Friday.
According to Rescue 1122 officials, the accident occurred on Street No. 5 of the colony. The motorcycle rider, identified as Arif Sultan, son of Mahmood Sultan and a resident of Peoples Colony, sustained critical injuries in the collision.
The driver of the car fled the scene immediately after the accident.
Rescue personnel provided initial medical assistance to the injured man and shifted him to District Headquarters Hospital, Attock. However, Arif Sultan succumbed to his injuries shortly after reaching the hospital.
Further investigation into the incident is underway.
