Rubio: U.S. Won’t ‘Sit Back’ on Narco-Terrorism After Strike on Venezuelan Cartel Boat

Washington — Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the U.S. will no longer “sit back” on narco-terrorism, following President Donald Trump’s order to strike a Venezuelan cartel boat transporting drugs.
