OpenAI Denies Plans to Use Google’s AI Chips

OpenAI stated it has no active plans to use Google’s in-house AI chips, countering recent media reports. While early testing occurred, OpenAI continues relying on Nvidia and AMD hardware. The company also confirmed it’s developing its own chip and uses Google Cloud for some computing needs.
