Tianjin, China: Chinese President Xi Jinping unveiled the Global Governance Initiative at the SCO+ meeting, calling for a fairer and more cooperative global governance system. He highlighted SCO’s 24-year contribution to global governance and pledged continued Belt and Road development.
China will set up platforms for energy, green industries, digital economy, AI collaboration, and education under SCO. Xi also announced grand celebrations in Beijing for the 80th anniversary of China’s victory in the anti-fascist war, emphasizing the preservation of World War II achievements and history.
