U.S. Universities Cancel Visas of Over 400 International Students, Including Pakistanis
Over 450 international students, including Pakistanis and students from other Muslim-majority countries, have had their visas unexpectedly revoked by several U.S. universities. The cancellations occurred without prior notice or legal action. According to U.S. media, the revocation may be linked to students who have participated in pro-Palestinian protests, although some students who did not engage in protests also had their visas canceled. Universities affected include Harvard, Stanford, UCLA, and the University of Michigan.
