U.S. Adds Chinese Cloud Giant Inspur Group’s Subsidiaries to Export Blacklist
The United States has added six subsidiaries of Inspur Group, China’s largest cloud computing provider, to its export blacklist. The move targets the company for allegedly assisting in the development of supercomputers for China’s military. Washington’s decision is part of broader efforts to curb Beijing’s access to advanced technology with potential military applications. The restrictions will limit Inspur’s ability to acquire critical U.S. components, further escalating tech tensions between the two countries.
