Tesla Sales Fall 28% in Europe Despite EV Market Growth
Tesla’s car sales in Europe plummeted 28.2% in March compared to the same month last year, according to the European Automobile Manufacturers Association (ACEA). This sharp decline comes even as the overall battery electric vehicle (BEV) market grew by 23.6% during the same period. The data highlights a growing disconnect between Tesla’s performance and the broader EV market, which is benefiting from increasing demand and supportive policies across the EU. Tesla now faces rising competition from European and Chinese EV makers.
