Pakistan Rejects Indian Misinformation Campaign Following Pahalgam Attack

Foreign Secretary Amna Baloch briefed Islamabad-based diplomats and Heads of Mission on the evolving situation after the Pahalgam attack in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu & Kashmir. During the briefing, she shared the outcomes of the National Security Committee meeting and strongly rejected India’s misinformation campaign against Pakistan. Baloch emphasized that such tactics would hinder efforts towards peace and stability in the region. She reaffirmed Pakistan’s firm stance against terrorism in all its forms and warned of Indian attempts to escalate tensions, while reaffirming Pakistan’s readiness to counter any misadventure.
