Faisalabad Division Sends 16 Girls’ Teams to Pink Games 2026 in Lahore.

Faisalabad: Under Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz’s Khelta Punjab Program, 16 girls’ teams from Faisalabad Division have departed for Lahore to participate in the Pink Games 2026. Commissioner Faisalabad Raja Jahangir Anwar visited Crescent Sports Complex to encourage the players and interacted with them, stating that they are representing their families, city, and division, therefore discipline and sportsmanship should remain the hallmark of their performance. He said that Faisalabad Division’s participation in the Pink Games is a matter of pride and that the players from Faisalabad possess immense talent. Expressing confidence, the Commissioner said that, God willing, the teams of Faisalabad Division will return with medals after delivering strong performances. The Pink Games will feature competitions in archery, athletics, badminton, basketball, boxing, hockey, wushu, karate, mass wrestling, table tennis, taekwondo, volleyball, rugby, chess, weightlifting, and padel tennis. The Pink Games will be held in Lahore from February 11 to 15.
