Judge Allows Deportation Case Against Columbia Student Mahmoud Khalil to Proceed

A U.S. immigration judge in Louisiana has ruled that the Trump administration can move forward with its deportation case against Mahmoud Khalil, a Columbia University graduate student and Palestinian activist. Khalil, who was arrested in New York City last month, now faces the possibility of deportation.
