India Has No Evidence, Just Baseless Allegations: Attaullah Tarar

Federal Information Minister Attaullah Tarar, in a media briefing, rejected Indian accusations over the Pahalgam incident, stating that India has failed to provide any credible evidence and is merely trying to malign Pakistan through baseless and clumsy allegations. He stressed that Pakistan is a frontline state in the fight against terrorism and has always acted responsibly. “Targeting innocent civilians is a matter of shame for India,” he added. In contrast, Pakistan’s response was measured and professional — shooting down Indian warplanes without harming any civilians. Tarar reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to peace, but not at the cost of national dignity and sovereignty.
