DD Agri Dr. Nousher Ali Khan Retires After 35 Years of Distinguished Service

Deputy Director Agriculture (Extension) Toba Tek Singh Dr. Nousher Ali Khan has retired today after completing 35 years of distinguished government service.
On this occasion, a dignified ceremony was held at the Deputy Commissioner’s Office, where he was presented with a shield and a certificate of appreciation.
During the ceremony, the Deputy Commissioner along with other district officers paid tribute to Dr. Nousher Ali Khan’s services, stating that his professional competence and leadership brought significant recognition to the Agriculture Department.
He had been serving as Deputy Director Agriculture in District Toba Tek Singh for the past two years, during which the department demonstrated outstanding performance under his leadership.
During his tenure, effective implementation of the agricultural initiatives of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif was ensured.
The recovery of the Kisan Card reached 99.8%, ranking second across Punjab. Similarly, all targets related to wheat cultivation were not only achieved but exceeded with performance surpassing 100%.
In recognition of his valuable services, a farewell ceremony was also organized by the Agriculture Department at a private marquee, attended by departmental officers, stakeholders from the agriculture sector, and a large number of farmers.
Participants paid rich tribute to his contributions and presented him with gifts.
Dr. Nousher Ali Khan began his career on April 9, 1991, as an Agriculture Officer. During his service, he remained posted in various districts including Muzaffargarh, Khanewal, Multan and Lodhran, where he rendered remarkable services with dedication, honesty and professional excellence.
He retired from the post of Deputy Director Agriculture (Extension).
At the end of the ceremony, best wishes were extended to him for a successful, healthy and prosperous future.
