Israeli military strikes hit Tehran and southern Beirut, focusing on Iran-backed Hezbollah and key military installations amid escalating Middle East tensions.
Shortly before 08:00 local time (06:00 GMT), the Israeli military carried out new airstrikes on southern Beirut suburbs and Tehran, the capital of Iran. According to Israel, the strikes were aimed at military installations in both areas. In Lebanon, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) stated that the targets were locations associated with Iran-supported Hezbollah.
