Alsha Khan graduated Second in her graduating class of 2009 and was salutatorian. Her GPA score was 4.7368. She was ranked 2nd out of entire senior class, She will be attending University of Texas at Austin in the fall of 2009, She wants to be a surgeon and will go pre-med, She received 2 scholarships from: Baylor Presidential Gold Scholarship and Top Ten Percent Scholarship.
She received certificate of recognition from the office of MJ Khan and Certificate of Special recognition from Congressman Al Green and She was also honored Alumni Award from University of Karachi and award of honor from PAGH.
